When buying an individual AdFolio subscription, you acknowledge that you are the only person who will use the subscription and that you must keep your login and password confidential. The simultaneous use of a subscription by more than one person at the same time may result in the cancellation of your subscription, without refund. When buying a corporate subscription for 10 or 25 users, you acknowledge that the login and password you receive can not be shared by more than 10 or 25 persons. The simultaneous use of your corporate subscription by more than 10 or 25 persons at the same time may result in the cancellation of your subscription, without refund. Since you need to accept cookies on your computer when you register, we ask you to subscribe online to any AdFolio service and don’t accept subscriptions by phone, fax or mail. Absolutely! The Credit Card payments are processed in the United States, but Visa, Mastercard and Amex allow us to accept orders from everywhere. Please remember that the prices for all orders are stated in U.S. Dollars but will be converted to your local credit card billing currency by the credit card bank processor. With your login and password, you can always check the status of your subscription on the "My AdForum" pages. When you subscribe to AdFolio on a yearly basis, whether you pay all in one time or by monthly installment on your credit card, your subscription will be automatically renewed unless you ask us to stop it. To make sure your access to AdFolio is not disconnected, we’ll continue to charge you on the same Credit Card with the same periodicity you chose first. One month prior to the renewal date, we’ll contact you by email to make sure you’re still interested or give you the opportunity to cancel the renewal. As usual, we reserve the right to change the amount of, or basis for determining, any fees or charges for the services we provide, and to institute new fees, charges or terms, but only upon prior notice to customers, always giving you to opportunity to react if you want to. For AdFolio like for any of the subscription services provided by AdForum.com, there is no cancellation, nor refund.
